Announcing - New Coaching Staff
Good morning Racers -
Beginning this week, we are excited to announce the addition of two (2) new coaches to the Richmond Racers for our 2018-19 swim season.
- Ruby Kratzert will be dedicated to coaching on Mon/Wed. at the CSAC practice facility. Her primary responsibilities will be to our competitive RED swimmers and assisting Coach Wells with the AG Gold and above. Ruby's coaching experience includes many James River Aquatic Club (JRAC) summer swim roles as: former Head Coach at Lewis Ginter Rec. Assn.; former Assistant and Head Coach at Three Chopt; and most recently Asst. Coach at Kanawha. Coach Ruby is an Elementary School teacher in Henrico Co.
- Kimberly Muldoon will be dedicated to coaching on Mon/Wed at our Swansboro facility. Kim will have primary responsibility to coaching our Green and Blue practice groups, and assisting Coaches Chris and Mikaela with their groups. Kim is a former year-round swimmer and a graduate of JMU where she competed for the JMU Club team along with Coach Wells. She has just recently relocated to Richmond and is a teacher in Hopewell.
Please join me in giving a warm Racer welcome to these two (2) new coaches!
P.S. - Part-time Coach Nick Haas is also returning to the Racers this season. Nick will be assisting Coach Mike on Tuesdays at Swansboro Pool. Nick's primary responsibilities will be to the RED / AG Gold / Jr and Sr. practice groups on this day.
